Decent puzzle, minor issue

I bought one of their Intermediate Lock Puzzles. It was well-packaged and the shipping time to California was pretty standard, about 6 days. The puzzle itself is sturdy and has a good weight to it, clearly a quality item. My only minor gripe was that the instructions for resetting it weren't super clear, I had to watch a video online to figure it out completely. But once I got past that, the solving experience was engaging. Good product overall, just a small detail could be improved.
